This public site does not take payments, process orders or reserve services. Paid animation or rigging work begins only after an appropriate written scope and commercial agreement are accepted.

Effective 22 September 2026. This page describes the general approach to changes, cancellations and refunds for separately agreed paid work.
Changes and scheduling
Where a paid working session or project is agreed, changes and rescheduling follow the written terms. Raising a change early makes it easier to distinguish completed work, work in progress, access and a usable handoff.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the separate agreement for the specific engagement. The appropriate record can depend on completed work, pending materials, approved expenses, access changes, rights and confidential production material.
Refunds
Refund discussions relate to a specific paid engagement and its written terms, not to this public site. Where applicable, those terms should set out payment timing, completed work and how a proportionate resolution may be considered.
